On Wednesday 7th October 11.15am-12pm we are trialling a Toddler Gym session in the sports hall. A structured session for 2½ – 5 year olds, accompanied by a parent/carer, aimed at developing physical and social skills, building confidence and having fun. Run by Jason Biles. £3 per child £5 for two. Parents and carers will need to keep their distance from each other, but be present to support their children.
For girls in years 2 and 3 there will be football training on alternate Mondays at 4-5pm. Cost £3 each. The dates are below. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need further information.
Charlbury Cornerstone and Community Centre are launching ‘The Learning Café’ – a community-led project to give learning support and help bridge the gap in education levels, designed to help parents and young people prepare for the future.
The Learning Café will be managed through Charlbury Community Centre and run throughout the summer holidays. Learning support will be provided for pupils in Key Stage 2 and secondary school by our YTAs (Youth Teaching Assistants) with advice from professional teachers.
