We are working with Charlbury School to set a physical challenge for the children each week, starting on Monday 18th January with the Pelican Challenge. Jason has recorded a demonstration of what he wants you to do and you can see it here.
Why not have a go and email your results to this address: email@example.com. We want to know how many dips you’ve done (on one leg without putting your foot down), your name and your school year.
As we are no longer allowed to open the building to the public, we are bringing Toddler Gym to your house! Starting on 6th January, this will be full of activities and songs that you can do with your children in your own home, led live by Jason.
We can only admit people we know to the meeting, so please use your own name and make yourself known to Jason if he doesn’t already know you (firstname.lastname@example.org). Log on a few minutes early in case this takes a bit of time for Jason to sort out!

Charlbury Cornerstone and Community Centre are launching ‘The Learning Café’ – a community-led project to give learning support and help bridge the gap in education levels, designed to help parents and young people prepare for the future.
Learning support will be provided for pupils in Key Stage 2 and secondary school by our YTAs (Youth Teaching Assistants) with advice from professional teachers. For more information or to book learning sessions please contact the Cornerstone@stmaryschurch.co.uk, or call us on 819253.
We will comply with Covid-19 health & safety measures to facilitate safe learning.
This year the Charlbury Community Centre has employed a team of young people, who have undertaken lots of different projects around the town, from building raised beds in people's gardens, to facilitating outdoor and indoor virtual coffee club get-togethers for seniors, and helping with activities for children. This would not have been possible without the financial support of WODC (Community Activities Grant), PF Charitable Trust and local donors. Thank you all very much!
The phone number is 01608 811878 and it is manned 10am-1pm seven days a week. You can ring us for practical help, shopping etc. We have a big team of volunteers who can help you.
